The Risen Collective Cohort is a group of devoted followers of Jesus who have sensed a call on their life and therefore gather for discernment, fellowship, growth and training in the context of a peer community. The cohort consists of a diverse mix of staff, residents, and lay members. Equipping includes both formal education, which can lead to a seminary degree, and collaborative learning.

The goal of the cohort is to create an environment where God can develop “the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Eph 4:12).
